Andie is passionate about healthy living and dedicated to teaching as many people as she can about how to live a healthier lifestyle.
Andie has also competed in ANB & INBA Body Building and continues to train in both martial arts and body building.
After eight years of solid training and dedication, Andie received her black belt in ABK Martial Arts and then began weight training to aid and improve in this field.
She is committed to each of her clients and their individual goals and continually encourages her clients to exceed their expectations and reach their highest potential possible.
No two training sessions with Andie are the same but all sessions are fun, push you to the limit and help you obtain those results you desire!
