4. Plyometrics Training
Using plyometric drills has been shown to improve rate of force development (speed and agility) and explosiveness (power). Plyometrics is a rapid force development. As you land from one jump you must generate enough force to jump again immediately. By doing this you are overloading the muscle and building explosiveness.
